Denman Island non-profit organizations (or a group sponsored by a non-profit organization) may apply.The application package is available in digital and hard copy versions. The deadline for 2026 applications is Friday, March 13th.
Basic Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a registered non-profit organization OR a community group sponsored by or partnered with a registered non-profit organization. A registered non-profit is an organization registered under the BC Societies Act by the Registrar of Societies.
- Must be based on Denman Island.
- Private sector businesses ineligible.
- Individuals ineligible.

Digital version of application
1. Open up the application by clicking on 2026 CPG Application
2. The file will open in Google Docs.
Note: Please do not attempt to fill in the application on online as this will disable the form for other applicants.
3. Click on File (top upper left-hand corner of screen).
3. Then click on Download and select the format that works for you. We recommend using Word.
4. Once downloaded, save it to your computer under the name of the grant project.
5. Fill it in and save as you go.
Note: Please do not save your application as a PDF because this will make it difficult to make any changes required by Denman Works. These changes are often minor and can be made by Denman Works in discussion with the applicant which saves time for everybody.
6. If you have any attachments, save those to your computer (as PDFs or not) .
7. Create an e-mail to Denman Works (denmanresource@gmail.com).
8. Attach the application and each supporting document to the email.
9. Push send!
